RETURN POLICY

We hope you’ll absolutely love your judy rue purchase. But we understand that sometimes you change your mind, or your baby goes through an overnight growth spurt! We’re happy to issue a refund for all unworn, unwashed items, with original packaging and tags, that are returned to us within 30 days of delivery.

For example, if the tracking shows your package was delivered on July 1st, the return package must be postmarked on or before July 15th in order to receive a refund.

Keep in mind, items that are eligible for refund must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

In their original packaging with judy rue tags all intact

Free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

All discounted products, and holiday merchandise are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there’s a manufacturing defect or we made a shipment mistake. judy rue designs will email you a return shipping label and refund your total less $5.95 shipping fee. judy rue is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. judy rue does not refund original shipping fees.

We do require proof of purchase for all exchanges. A receipt, packing slip, or anything that references your order number is perfect!

Processing your return

We process returns as quickly as we can, but please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received on our end, and 1-3 business days for refund to be issued.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Address Disclaimer

We want you to receive your package as quickly as possible, so please double check the address you type in to ensure it’s right. If you enter the wrong address, we are not responsible for packages that are sent to that address.

If you make a mistake entering the shipping address, just contact us at info@judyruedesigns.com. We can’t guarantee address changes on ready to ship items because most orders are processed and shipped next day, but if we can change it, we certainly will!

If your order is already processing or has shipped, we can’t change the address. If your order is shipped back to us, we can re-ship your order (you would be responsible for the additional shipping fees) or issue a credit, minus shipping/processing.

judy rue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
